  Millenniumania
multimedia installation, demo version, colour,
stereo, 2000
(movie excerpt, 20 sec.)

Millenniumania is a computer-controlled installation. Via Internet, pedestrian videos from 24 different places in 24 timezones will permanently be sent into the installation. The videos will be projected on a 360 degree screen. The calculated average speed of the pedestrians at one place defines the speed of the respective film in the 360º screen installation. Each film moves with its own speed. The pedestrian realtime images of the different places are competing within the circle. It’s an endless race. A work about individual time sensation.
